PROCESSING TIMES: It takes approx. 2-5 business days to process (create) your order. This time period does NOT include the time it takes to ship the order.

STANDARD SHIPPING (regular mail) does NOT include tracking.
Please take note that your order is being send out as regular mail (unless upgraded to Expedited Parcel) and sometimes there MAY be delays by the post office. This is out of our control and an issue that occurs every year. Please be patient with us and with the postal companies being used. Should you wish to UPGRADE your shipping type to be sure to get a tracking number associated with your order....simply select the upgrade shipping option at checkout. This may alleviate some issues.

My glass creations are put on pause right now. This shop is a place for clay artists and designers to get all their unique, embossed or plain, clay cutters and rollers. These cutters are sharp which helps cut down on the amount of sanding needed to be done after baking the clay earrings. You're going to love them!!!

Need your cutters for an upcoming show and don’t want to wait for the standard shipped regular mail? There is an option for you to pay for the upgraded expedited shipping so that the cutters get to you in 1-8 business days with tracking.
